    Submit a travel inquiry form so we can learn about you and your preferences, allowing us to plan your perfect vacation.

  • 2. Itinerary Design

    Next, we’ll craft your itinerary proposal, including recommendations for destinations, hotels, and activities. At this point, you’ll choose your must-dos, what to avoid, and what to save for your next adventure.

  • 3. Booking

    This is where your bucket list comes to life! We’ll book accommodations, transportation, and activities that fit your dates, preferences, and budget.

  • 4. Confirming Your Trip

    Before you depart, you'll get a pre-trip checklist and app access to your itinerary. It includes travel advice, insurance details, packing lists, confirmed arrangements, and more.

  • 5. Bon Voyage!

    You’ll set off as an independent traveler with a personalized itinerary in hand. Just show up and enjoy— Rivers & Roads will be ready to support you throughout the entire trip.

  • Our itinerary design fee ensures that Rivers & Roads crafts your trip with authentic, personalized recommendations based on thorough research into your travel style. Like most professional agencies, we charge planning and research fees to provide a tailored experience, making the most of your valuable time. The non-refundable fee, determined by the length and complexity of your trip, covers all aspects of designing your customized vacation from start to finish.

    • 1-4 Travelers: 1-7 days: $375 | 8-14 days: $575

    • 5-8 Travelers: 1-7 days: $600 | 8-14 days: $775 

    All fees charged for services by Rivers & Roads are non-refundable. Separate terms and conditions will apply to each reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services by individual suppliers (hotel, cruise line, tour operator, airline).   • While we specialize in full-service travel planning, we’re also more than happy to assist with simple hotel reservations without any planning fees.
